This Privacy Policy explains how Stepy Studios ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the game Poker FC (the "Game"), available on the Apple App Store, Google Play and Steam.
In short: Poker FC is a single-player game and we do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The Game has no account or login, and we do not operate analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
2. Data stored on your device
The Game saves your progress and settings (such as your collection, current run, options, and team name) locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device through us and is removed when you uninstall the Game (or clear its data).
3. Purchases
If you buy the Game or any in-app item, the transaction is processed entirely by the platform store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam). We receive aggregate sales information from the store but do not receive your name, payment card, or billing details. Those purchases are governed by the respective store's privacy policy.
4. Platform gaming services
If you use optional platform features — such as achievements, cloud saves, or leaderboards via Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, or Steam — those features are provided by the respective platform, which processes the related data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from these services beyond what is needed to display the feature on your device.
5. Advertising and analytics
Poker FC contains no third-party advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across apps or websites.
6. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Game collects no personal information at all, no such data is gathered from users of any age.
7. Data security and retention
Since we do not collect or store your personal information on our servers, there is no personal data for us to secure or retain. Your local game data remains under your control on your device.
8. International users
As we do not collect personal data, no international data transfer of your personal information takes place through the Game.
9. Changes to this policy
If a future version of the Game adds features that collect data (for example, optional online features or crash reporting), we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
