Terms of Use — Poker FC

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Stepy Studios ("we", "us") and govern your use of the game Poker FC (the "Game"), available on the Apple App Store, Google Play and Steam. This document also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Game.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store you obtained it from.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Game; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law; (c) modify, tamper with, or create derivative works of the Game; (d) use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software to alter gameplay; or (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
4. Purchases and virtual items
The Game may be paid, or may offer optional in-app purchases. Any virtual currency or items exist only inside the Game, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you. All transactions are processed by the platform store (Apple, Google, or Steam) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policy. Except where required by law or the store's policy, purchases are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property
The Game and all of its content — code, art, characters, names, audio, and design — are owned by Stepy Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Poker FC is a work of parody and caricature: player names and likenesses are fictional or stylized and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real person, club, league, or organization. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party platforms
Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms of the store and platform you use it on (Apple, Google, or Valve/Steam). Where you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stepy Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
9. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game. On termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you.
